About Lendesk

We’re a financial technology company on a mission to make the mortgage experience easy, accessible, and transparent. Our flagship product is an advanced digital mortgage origination platform that connects borrowers, brokers, and lenders. We’re a fast-growing team of 70+ employees, composed of innovative and engaged individuals working collaboratively to deliver a unique digital home buying experience.

At Lendesk, diversity is our strength. What makes us different, makes us stronger. We believe that a variety of backgrounds, cultures, beliefs, experiences, identities, and voices make for a better and inclusive workplace.

The Role
We are hiring an Account Manager to support our U.S. expansion, reporting to our Director of User Development and Enablement under Sales. The Account Manager will play a key part in helping brokers and partners successfully use our SaaS Solution.

The Account Manager will work closely with the Senior Account Manager, supporting day-to-day onboarding, training, and activation of loan officers. The Senior Account Manager will provide guidance on complex brokerage implementations, integrations, and escalations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned loan officers following the sales handoff
  • Lead standard onboarding and training sessions, assisting the Senior AM with more complex brokerage integrations.
  • Proactively follow up with loan officers to encourage activation and ongoing platform usage
  • Host recurring group and one-on-one onboarding and training sessions
  • Maintain accurate HubSpot records, monitor activation progress, and escalate at-risk accounts.
  • Work directly with the Snr Account Manager, Account Executives and Customer Success to ensure seamless client transitions.
  • Share broker feedback and workflow challenges with the Senior AM and internal teams.
  • Proactively solve client issues by collaborating with technical and support teams.
  • Provide regular reporting on adoption rates, account health, and success metrics.
  • Travel involved to major conferences in the US.

Skills & Experience

  • 1–2+ years of experience in SaaS, account management, customer success, or technology sales.
  • Experience delivering customer onboarding, training, or technical support.
  • Familiarity with financial services or mortgage workflows, preferably in the U.S.
  • Comfortable learning technical systems and troubleshooting basic issues.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, remote-first environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
  • Nice to haves:
    • Experience in mortgage technology, fintech, or SaaS platforms.
    • Background in training or enablement (virtual or live sessions).
    • Experience with Zapier

What We Offer
In addition to the exciting work, great people and a fun and supporting culture, we offer extensive benefits and perks package:

  • Competitive salaries: base + commission structure
  • Comprehensive benefit plan including dental, medical, as well as health and wellness and vacation stipends
  • Lendesk is remote first - your office is where you choose it to be across Canada!

This role offers a base salary range of $60,000–$90,000, plus a performance-based bonus tied to onboarding, activation, and customer adoption. For experienced candidates, we typically hire at or near the midpoint of the salary band to ensure there’s room for continued growth and development. Compensation will reflect the skills and experience you bring to the team, the impact you have on the business, and your continued growth in the role.
