About AppLovin’s Consumer Team

We are powering the next wave of consumer growth. Specializing in performance advertising, we help global brands and leading consumer apps across verticals such as e-Commerce / DTC, fintech, meal delivery, ride hailing, video streaming and more achieve profitable growth by connecting them to over 1 billion daily users across thousands of the world’s top mobile games apps. AppLovin’s global team combines people from different backgrounds and perspectives, united by a shared ambition to always pursue excellence and win together in a fast-moving market.

About the Role

We are seeking a driven, analytical, and relationship-focused Agency Success Manager to join our fast-paced and expanding Consumer team. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale AppLovin’s agency partnerships channel from the ground up, sitting at the intersection of performance marketing and partnerships within the rapidly growing Consumer space.

In this partner-facing role, you'll be the primary point of contact for agency partners by onboarding them onto AppLovin's platform, enabling their teams, and helping them drive measurable results for their clients. You'll develop deep relationships with agency stakeholders, from day-to-day media buyers to senior leadership, and serve as a trusted expert and advocate. You’ll also work closely with AppLovin’s internal business development, product, and marketing teams to shape how we go to market through the agency channel.

Responsibilities

  • Own the onboarding experience for new partners, ensuring they and their clients are set up for success on AppLovin’s platform.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with agency contacts at all levels, including media buyers, strategists, creative teams and decision makers.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to agency partners, helping them develop campaign strategies that deliver strong outcomes for their clients.
  • Help partners set up new campaigns for success by leveraging best practices for creative and performance targets.
  • Define and track success metrics for agency partners and their portfolio of clients; proactively identify opportunities to grow their business.
  • Become an expert on AppLovin’s mobile advertising products for Consumer brands.
  • Collaborate with the broader AppLovin Business Development team to develop agency-specific playbooks, enablement materials, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Serve as the voice of the agency channel internally, surfacing partner feedback to influence product and process improvement

Basic Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of professional experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields.
  • Self-starter and eager to learn.
  • Demonstrate outstanding analytical ability and strategic grasp of the “big picture”.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to explain concepts clearly to diverse audiences, from junior media buyers to agency C-suite and ownership.
  • Have experience prioritizing competing demands.
  • Collaborative team-player who brings initiative, creativity, and positive energy.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets, with a strong ability to analyze complex data and identify actionable patterns to drive strategic decision-making and optimize client outcomes.
  • Proven interest in technology. Whether you’re an early adopter of gadgets, or an Excel whiz, or took a computer science class in school and loved it, we are a high tech and big data company where you will constantly have the opportunity to contribute business and product ideas.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience at a media agency, ad tech platform, or in an agency-facing sales or partnerships role.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing, paid social advertising, or mobile growth channels
  • Experience in the Consumer/e-commerce space and brand operations.
  • A basic understanding of programming or scripting.
  • A basic understanding of image and video editing software.
  • Understanding of models for intelligent decision making, such as game theory, chess, or poker.
