  • Identify and develop opportunities to extend AMCL’s support where there is a clear client need.
  • Lead and contribute to proposals, presentations, pursuits and business-development activity.
  • Contribute to the development of AMCL methodologies, propositions, tools and intellectual property.
  • Coach and develop consultants, providing clear direction, technical guidance and performance feedback.
  • Support resource planning and capability development within the team.
  • Represent AMCL credibly with senior client stakeholders and contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Infrastructure Management, Business, Finance or another relevant discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Advanced or postgraduate qualifications are considered an asset.
  • Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in asset management, engineering, project management, risk, change, finance or a related discipline are considered an asset.

Experience

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex consulting or advisory assignments and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong experience within at least one AMCL capability area, such as:
    • Asset management strategy and governance.
    • Asset investment planning and decision support.
    • Operational performance and lifecycle management.
    • Asset information and digital.
    • Organizational capability and operating-model development.
    • Risk, value and performance management.
    • Capital-project and operational-readiness integration.
  • Experience managing project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks and commercial performance.
  • Proven ability to work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams and to influence decisions in complex organizations.
  • Experience developing proposals, identifying opportunities and contributing to business growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop team members.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of asset-management and lifecycle-management principles.
  • Ability to connect people, process, information, technology, governance and decision-making within asset-intensive organizations.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capability.
  • Sound commercial judgement and understanding of consulting delivery.
  • Strong executive communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to translate technical or complex analysis into clear recommendations and practical actions.
