  • Identify opportunities to showcase member contributions, communicate results and strengthen members’ connection to their association.

Client Service, Finance and Project Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted day-to-day contact for assigned clients, building strong working relationships and providing responsive, proactive support.
  • Develop and maintain work plans, calendars and progress reports, anticipating deadlines and identifying emerging needs or risks.
  • Coordinate work across colleagues, volunteers and service providers, clarifying responsibilities and following through on commitments.
  • Monitor activities against agreed scope, budgets and available resources, raising concerns and recommending adjustments when needed.
  • Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, monthly reconciliations, and financial reporting to ensure fiscal stability and compliance.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will be a proactive, independent worker who is confident in contributing your voice to discussions.
