You will work closely with Project Managers, Lead Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), CRAs, and other project stakeholders across assigned clinical studies. Your work will contribute to document quality, regulatory readiness, and the smooth coordination of clinical trial operations. This role is suited to an organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality. You will become part of a collaborative, global environment where reliable project support contributes to the delivery of clinical research.

Accountabilities:

Coordinate and track system access for clinical project team members, including Project Managers, Lead CRAs, and CRAs.

  • Maintain project portals and perform quality checks to ensure that the latest approved document revisions are available.

  • Support the preparation, organization, and shipment of clinical trial documentation.

  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of Investigator Site Files (ISFs).

  • Manage document version control and quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy.

  • Submit and maintain relevant documentation within the Trial Master File (TMF).

  • Track and update project-related information, including site medical question-and-answer logs.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and project tracking support to clinical project teams.

  • Monitor assigned tasks and follow up to help ensure activities are completed accurately and within required timelines.

  • Work collaboratively with project team members to support efficient clinical trial delivery.

  • Requirements:

    • A university degree or equivalent professional experience.

    • At least one year of experience in a related administrative, clinical research, or project support role.

    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

    • Fluency in the language of the country where the candidate is based; for Canada, this means proficiency in English or French as applicable to the location and role requirements.

    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    • Ability to exercise independent judgment and work with appropriate autonomy.

    • Excellent attention to detail and a consistent focus on accuracy and quality.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    • A collaborative approach and the ability to communicate effectively with project team members.

    • Relevant skills and demonstrated performance equivalent to the qualifications outlined above.

    • Benefits:

      • Remote working arrangement.

      • Full-time position.

      • Opportunity to contribute to clinical research projects with the potential to improve patient lives.

      • Exposure to international clinical project teams and a collaborative global working environment.

      • Salary range disclosed for the United States: USD 16.83–33.65 (the source does not specify whether this range applies to Canadian-based employees).

      • A competitive benefits package is offered, with details depending on the employee’s location.
