Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain co-pack supply plans in SAP IBP based on demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and inventory targets.
  • Create and optimize detailed production schedules in SAP PPDS to maximize capacity utilization and customer service levels.

  • Monitor production schedules and adjust plans to address changing demand, material shortages, and capacity constraints.
  • Partner closely with Demand Planning, Sales Strategy, Customer Service, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to align supply plans with customer requirements and service objectives.
  • Lead weekly co-pack planning meetings to review production schedules, establish priorities, resolve constraints, and mitigate supply risks.
  • Analyze and communicate insights related to inventory, capacity utilization, production performance, shortages, and excess stock.
  • Support new product launches, product transitions, and promotional initiatives through collaboration with Packaging Development, Master Data, and cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain accurate planning parameters and master data within SAP S/4HANA and related planning systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes, scheduling efficiency, and system effectiveness.
  • Own co-pack planning KPIs and lead corrective actions to improve service levels, inventory health, schedule adherence, and capacity utilization.
  • Serve as the primary backup for the Material Planner as required.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, scheduling, or a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience developing production schedules, managing capacity constraints, and balancing inventory targets using SAP PPDS or comparable ERP planning and scheduling systems.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on customer service, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across cross-functional teams.
