Job Description

The Opportunity

RW&CO is entering a defining period of transformation, evolving its brand positioning and refining its fashion point of view for today’s customer. With a renewed creative direction, we’re reimagining the collections and how the brand shows up in the market.

We’re looking for a Designer Men's Suits & Separates with a distinct creative eye, an instinct for product and a strong awareness of what’s shaping fashion and culture. You know how to interpret trends rather than simply follow them — translating inspiration, customer insight and brand direction into relevant, desirable and commercially compelling collections.

Working closely with Design, Merchandising and key partners, you’ll help bring the RW&CO vision to life — from initial concept and seasonal direction to silhouette, colour, fabric, fittings and final collection execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop elevated men’s suiting and tailored separates, with a focus on premium fabrics, refined silhouettes, impeccable fit and sophisticated details that bring a modern luxury perspective to the collection.
  • Translate global fashion, cultural and consumer influences into relevant design ideas, silhouettes, colour stories, fabrics and details.
  • Develop sketches, garment concepts and design packages that clearly communicate creative intent.
  • Bring a clear point of view to fittings and collection reviews, refining proportion, construction, fit and finishing.
  • Partner closely with Merchandising to balance creative vision, customer relevance and commercial opportunity.
  • Use customer response, competitive intelligence and hindsight to continuously elevate future collections.
  • Explore new ideas, materials and opportunities that move the assortment and the brand forward.
  • Own the creative execution of assigned categories, ensuring consistency with the seasonal vision and brand direction.

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • University degree or college diploma in Fashion Design or a related field, with 3–5 years of relevant fashion design experience.
  • A refined fashion sensibility with a strong understanding of silhouette, proportion, colour, fabric and garment construction.
  • A natural curiosity for fashion, culture and emerging trends, with the ability to interpret influences through the RW&CO. brand lens.
  • Experience developing sketches, garment concepts, design packages and presentation materials, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to bring a creative vision to life through close partnership with Merchandising and key partners, from initial concept through final execution.
  • Bilingualism in French and English, as the role involves regular communication with partners outside Quebec.

Your Impact

You’ll have a direct role in bringing the RW&CO vision to life through product — contributing fresh ideas, a clear design perspective and an understanding of what’s relevant to the customer and the business.

Your work will contribute to collections that strengthen the brand and support its continued evolution.
