Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development of new programs and the continued enhancement of existing services in response to organizational and community needs;
  • Developing, reviewing and implementing policies, procedures, systems and processes in collaboration with the Executive Director;
  • Working closely with program facilitators and trauma therapists to support effective and coordinated service delivery;
  • Conducting tenant interviews for NOW Canada housing locations, in partnership with the Building Manager, as required;
  • Collecting and providing program statistics and other information to support funding requirements and organizational decision-making;
  • Participating in management meetings, organizational discussions and decision-making, and supporting the Executive Director with key organizational priorities;
  • Providing leadership support to the Team Leader at the AG Safe Centre as needed.

  • A genuine commitment to the work of NOW Canada and the women and families it serves.

A criminal record check will be required as part of the hiring process.
