· Own the partner training delivery strategy, balancing hands-on and self-directed formats, and build a scalable delivery model by delivering sessions directly, engaging internal subject matter experts as appropriate, and cross-training individuals to deliver training sessions.
· Establish follow-up and reinforcement training during integration so that training is retained by the time partners reach business as usual.
· Partner with the Director, Communications who is responsible for creating training content and Knowledge Base materials
· Measure training effectiveness through completion, adoption, and partner feedback, share content gaps with Communications, and use the results to improve the program.
· Track training completion and maintain training records for each transitioning partner and their team.
