Who We Are

Hi! We’re Thinkingbox, the brief to built agency. Creating innovative digital, experiential, social, and content, we partner with leading brands across industries like sports, gaming, entertainment, and technology. We believe the hands that carefully craft the work should belong to the minds that dreamed it. So while others pass the buck, we’re already building. Because our thinkers are also the makers. Culture is at the heart of who we are, and our offices are hubs of natural collaboration. From hanging out with our office dogs to enjoying Thursday happy hours, we keep our work environment vibrant, welcoming, and fun. Each year, we also encourage our people to spend a month exploring the world, whether that means working from another office or even from the beaches of Mexico, to expand their perspectives and bring fresh inspiration back to the team.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an Executive Producer to lead complex, high-profile integrated productions across Thinkingbox, bringing deep expertise in experiential (XM) alongside digital and content. This role sits at the intersection of creative, production, and client leadership, overseeing multidisciplinary work from concept through delivery. You will bring clarity, confidence, and partnership to both clients and internal teams, delivering exceptional work while building trusted relationships that continue to grow over time.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead large-scale experiential (XM) productions from concept through execution, ensuring exceptional delivery at every stage.
  • Oversee integrated programs that connect experiential, digital, content, and social into cohesive brand experiences.
  • Partner closely with creative, strategy, account, and delivery teams to produce high-quality work on time and on budget.
  • Mentor and support producers while establishing and evolving production best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client partnerships by understanding their evolving goals and bringing forward thoughtful, integrated solutions.
  • Contribute to agency growth through strong client relationships, industry expertise, and consistently exceptional delivery.

What You'll Bring

  • Extensive experience leading large-scale experiential (XM) and integrated productions within an agency or studio environment.
  • Deep expertise across experiential, digital, and content production.
  • Proven ability to build lasting client relationships that lead to continued partnership and organic account growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across a variety of clients and industries.
  • A collaborative, calm, and solutions-oriented approach, with the confidence to lead complex productions and navigate ambiguity.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, productions, and company events. A valid passport and driver's licence are required.

Additional Info

  • Monday - Thursday in office (Fridays are remote optional)
  • Flexible time off, including paid vacation and sick days
  • Consistent culture and team-building events
  • Employee recognition and incentive programs
  • Seasonal celebrations and gatherings throughout the year
  • Office lunches
  • Branded company swag
  • Access to industry events, learning opportunities, and non-profit outreaches
  • Dog-friendly offices
  • Unlimited coffee, drinks, and snacks
  • Flex work and travel options
  • Comprehensive extended health benefits
