We aim to offer full-time hours through the typical maintenance season from March through November, and team members are expected to work hours through the off-season working with our construction crews and any scheduled snow removal shifts (these hours will typically be less consistent than in-season hours.

Hard-working. We are process-focused and always looking for ways to continually improve.

Approachable. We bring ideas, are supportive and are open communicators. We listen, learn and grow.

Fun. Work is hard enough without adding negativity to our days - plus, we love to celebrate our success.

Trusted. We look for win-win situations. We don't win at all costs, rather work to build lasting relationships.

United. We work together toward a common goal.
