Forum's Venture Studio brings together ambitious people, brilliant ideas, and capital to build the best B2B SaaS businesses in the world, from 0 to 1. In addition to capital and an idea, we provide founders with access to investor networks, fundraising support, and the resources needed to build transformational companies. Our AI Studio has launched 17 companies since 2023, and we're launching 7 more in 2026. We're designed to help Founders move faster, develop better insights, and build companies that have a higher success rate than startups built in any other way.
We are seeking Founders/CEOs to launch and run future companies. As CEO, you’ll be leading the charge with a CTO, Designer, GTM and validation experts by your side until your own team is hired. You’ll also have the support of recruitment, HR, legal, finance, and more to scale.
What We’re Looking At:
The AI buildout got its chips and its capital. It didn’t get the industrial economy underneath it. Transformers, switchgear and turbines are sold out for years, and the factories that make them face their own fight over sites, power, permits and working capital. Engineered equipment is sourced, qualified and moved by phone calls and spreadsheets. Sites get built faster than they get powered. Trillions in debt and equity are flowing into projects, equipment and factories that nobody has the data to underwrite. Every link in the chain is a bottleneck, and the companies that clear them become the backbone of a new economy. Forum AI Studio is looking for a Founder exploring any of these themes:
Factory buildouts: readiness, capital and coordination for manufacturers standing up production capacity
Engineering supply chain: procurement and expediting, substitution and qualification, recertified equipment, and heavy-haul logistics
Power readiness, behind-the-meter development, interconnection and permitting for data center projects
Financing infrastructure: project and equipment finance origination, incentive capture, and asset valuation and residual-value data
Maybe you’ve waited two years on a transformer and watched a finished site sit dark. Maybe you’ve stood up a factory and know exactly where the capital, power and permits broke down. Maybe you’ve underwritten infrastructure debt and seen how little data sits behind the asset. That’s who we build with.
Forum derisks and accelerates the Founder path by:
A $250K USD investment, and an end-to-end fundraising playbook and network to raise your seed and Series A
A validation partner with proven playbooks, networks, and the systems to validate, unlock your ICP, ignite your sales pipeline, and beyond
The support of our experienced operating team - from business design, product development, growth, recruitment, legal and more
Executing a winning GTM strategy to get to $50-100K ARR, and the right MVP to ensure early traction
A community full of mentors, peers, and leaders
$100K+ worth of business perks
About you:
Early-stage operator experience with a proven track record of building, selling, and navigating the infrastructure, energy, industrial manufacturing or infrastructure finance world.
You may have worked at an electrical manufacturer, EPC, utility, data center developer or heavy-haul carrier and felt the equipment and power bottleneck firsthand.
You may have stood up a factory, or worked in project finance, structured credit or equipment leasing, and know where capital gets stuck between the term sheet and the asset.
The ability to attract, hire and lead world-class teams
A demonstrated passion for technology’s ability to change the world
A desire to be a venture-backed founder
Canada or US-based, and the ability to collaborate in North American time zones.
Please note, this is not an employment opportunity with Forum Ventures. If you are currently fundraising your pre-seed or Seed round, please pitch our investment team instead here.
