Compensation: $70,000/year + Performance Bonus (Up to 15%) + $0.73/km Mileage Reimbursement

Welcome to Renewal by Andersen

At Renewal by Andersen, we believe a great career is an important part of a life well lived. As the full-service replacement division of Andersen Corporation, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for homeowners while creating meaningful opportunities for our people.

What sets us apart isn't just what we do; it's why we do it. We are a purpose-driven team united by a shared commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of our customers, our colleagues, and the communities we serve.

Our culture is built on trust, respect, accountability, and collaboration. We support one another, embrace continuous improvement, and celebrate diverse perspectives that help us grow stronger together. We believe feedback is a gift, relationships matter, and every team member plays an important role in delivering excellence.

Field Leadership & Operations: Construction Expertise Meets Active Warehouse Management

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a motivated, hands-on Installation Manager & Warehouse Supervisor to support our continued growth throughout the Kootenay Region.

This is not a traditional desk or office role. We are seeking someone who brings a strong background in residential construction, thrives on daily variety, and excels in a position that combines field leadership with active physical logistics.

In this role, you will travel throughout the Kootenays to conduct pre-installation technical measurements, perform site quality audits, support installation crews, and address customer service needs. You will also serve as the backbone of our regional logistics by spending 1 to 2 days per week at our Creston, BC warehouse, handling physical material staging, receiving cargo shipments, and maintaining organized inventory.

If you enjoy driving, visiting active job sites, and leading warehouse operations, this is an ideal opportunity to grow your career with an industry leader.

Why Join Dunn Group / Renewal by Andersen?

  • Competitive Salary: $70,000 annually
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 15% of annual salary following probation
  • Generous Mileage Reimbursement: $0.73/km for the first 5,000 km ($0.67/km thereafter)
  • Consistent Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with schedule flexibility)
  • Weekly Pay: Reliable, prompt weekly compensation
  • Paid Vacation & PTO: Generous paid time off and holiday coverage
  • Comprehensive Onboarding: One-on-one training, field mentorship, and ongoing support
  • Stability & Growth: Long-term career security with a respected, rapidly growing organization

What You’ll Do

This role balances field oversight, technical site assessments, and physical warehouse management.

1. Field Operations & Site Oversight

  • Site Visits & Supervision: Travel across the Kootenay Region to visit active residential job sites, assess installation quality, and resolve site challenges alongside crews.
  • Technical Measurements: Perform accurate pre-installation site measurements and structural assessments to ensure job readiness and prevent on-site delays.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all project installations strictly adhere to company safety standards and building regulations.

2. Service Management & Homeowner Relations

  • Service Field Calls: Visit completed job sites to troubleshoot product or installation issues, complete minor touch-ups, and coordinate service requests.
  • Customer Support (As Needed): Serve as a professional, solution-oriented contact for homeowners as needed to handle escalations and ensure an exceptional experience from start to finish.

3. Warehouse Operations & Physical Staging (Creston, BC — 1–2 Days/Week)

  • Physical Material Handling: Perform the primary physical duties of the role at our Creston warehouse, including receiving, unloading freight trailers, and organizing heavy inventory.
  • Job Staging: Manually stage heavy window, door, and framing units for upcoming projects so installation crews are fully equipped for seamless execution.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain stock accuracy, enforce WHMIS and warehouse safety standards, and keep facilities clean and efficient.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required:

  • Trade / Construction Background: Solid experience in residential construction, carpentry, glazing, framing, or window/door installation.
  • Physical Stamina & Agility: Comfortable with regular, physically demanding tasks—including repeatedly lifting, maneuvering, and staging 50+ lbs of heavy building materials in the warehouse, standing for extended periods, and working actively on your feet.
  • Road-Ready & Suitable Vehicle: Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and access to a reliable, winter-capable vehicle (equipped to handle Kootenay snow conditions) with the capacity to occasionally transport job site tools and materials when necessary.
  • Project / Site Management: Proven experience coordinating multiple job sites, trades, or field operations.
  • Tech-Savvy: Computer proficiency for documenting measurements, logging inventory, and handling site reporting.
  • Clear Background: Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check.

Preferred:

  • Supervisory or crew leadership experience in residential construction.
  • Knowledge of BC building codes and site safety regulations.
  • Warehouse, staging, or logistics experience.
  • WHMIS certification.

The Ideal Candidate

Our top performers are proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized. You are someone who prefers being active and out on job sites or in the warehouse rather than sitting behind a desk. You bring the physical capability needed for heavy warehouse staging, the technical trade acumen required for site measurements, and clear communication skills when interacting with installers and homeowners.

Apply Today

If you are looking for an active, high-ownership leadership opportunity with a stable company offering competitive pay, flexible hours, and great benefits, we would love to hear from you.
