From rapid prototyping to mass manufacturing, we craft cutting-edge wireless tech right at our Montreal HQ. We’re looking for an Internal Comms & Employee Experience Specialist

Role summary

As the Internal Comms & Employee Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our company culture and employee engagement. Combining strategy with hands-on execution, you will shape our employer brand, orchestrate impactful events, and ensure clear, engaging, and inspiring internal communications across our hybrid workforce.

Main Responsibilities

Employer Branding & Culture

  • Further define and promote our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract and retain top talent.
  • Partner with Marketing to showcase our "behind-the-scenes" life at PixMob on social media.
  • Curate culture-first initiatives and programs that align with our core values.

Employee Engagement

  • Design and execute an annual engagement program (employee engagement, perks, recognition programs/awards, work anniversaries, etc.).
  • "Animate" the workplace, especially around learning and growth initiatives (e.g., AI roadmap, lunch & learns).
  • Analyze team engagement to identify preferences and propose actionable improvements.

Event Management

  • Manage company-wide gatherings (Summer Summit & Holiday Party).
  • Lead and empower the internal Social Committee to plan diverse, inclusive, and high-impact events and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Ensure events cater to a hybrid workforce to maintain a sense of belonging for all.

Internal Communications

  • Own the internal communications calendar, ensuring timely delivery of newsletters, Google Chat announcements, and All-Hands meetings.
  • Translate complex business updates into engaging, digestible content.
  • Act as the "tone of voice" guardian for all internal messaging.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience: 5-7+ years in Communications, Marketing, HR, or Event Management.
  • Community Builder: You genuinely enjoy bringing people together and have high emotional intelligence.
  • Storyteller: You have a knack for writing copy that people actually want to read.
  • Strategic yet hands-on: You can design a high-level strategy but aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to decorate for a party.

Languages & Inclusivity

You’ll need to be fluent in English (written & spoken), as day-to-day work involves international collaborators — US, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and more.

Inclusivity is at the heart of our culture 💜. We welcome and value candidates of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. Our job posting uses simplified grammar to make it easier to read across languages and is not intended to exclude or favor any gender.

Join us to help build a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels respected and empowered ✨.

Thanks for your interest in PixMob and this role! Only selected candidates will be contacted.
