  • Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams of creators, designers, writers, and content specialists to deliver high-quality work at pace
  • Stay close to the work, providing direction across ideation, shoots, edits, and final execution while empowering teams to make decisions
  • Partner cross-functionally with Social Strategy, Audience Development, Community Management, Influencer & Creator Partnerships, Brand, and other key stakeholders
  • Use performance insights to identify what is working, scale winning formats, and continuously improve future content
  • Foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, test-and-learn, and continuous improvement

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience leading high-volume social or digital content production
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end creative and production processes, with experience improving workflows and ways of working
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms and formats

  • Strong creative judgment with the ability to make timely decisions and move work forward
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary creative and production teams
  • Deep understanding of social culture, trends, creators, and platform-native storytelling
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skill
  • Demonstrated ownership mentality with a track record of identifying barriers and finding better, faster ways to deliver
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in retail, CPG, entertainment, or high-volume, multi-brand environment
  • Experience working within a social-first creative studio, newsroom, content studio, or agency model
  • Hands-on understanding of social video production, shooting, and editing
  • Experience working directly with creators and influencer talent
  • Experience building agile or rapid-turn production models
  • Familiarity with social listening, publishing, and performance tools

  • Reduce unnecessary handoffs, bottlenecks, and time from idea to execution
  • Increase social-first video and overall content output
  • Build scalable production models that allow us to create more without sacrificing creative quality
  • Increase the volume of agile, platform-native, and culture-led content across brands
  • Create greater clarity and accountability across multidisciplinary teams
  • Scale high-performing formats and apply performance learnings to future content
