Job Description
Key Responsibilities
MarTech Stack & System Architecture
Tech Stack Ownership: Own, manage, and continuously optimize our end-to-end Marketing Operations tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoominfo, Qualified, etc.).
System Administration: Serve as the primary system administrator for HubSpot and co-admin for Salesforce, ensuring seamless bi-directional synchronization, clean data mapping, and optimal system health.
Vendor & Evaluation Management: Audit current tools, manage software renewals, evaluate new MarTech/SalesTech solutions, and oversee implementation and integration projects.
Lead Lifecycle, Routing & Backend Workflows
Lead Lifecycle & Scoring: Design, maintain, and refine lead scoring models, lifecycle stage definitions (MQL, SAL, SQL), and conversion handoffs between Marketing and Sales.
Lead Assignment & Routing: Own complex lead assignment rules (round-robin, territory-based, account-matched) across HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure rapid lead response times.
Workflow Troubleshooting: Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with backend automation, API integrations, sync errors, and automated workflows.
Sales Ops & Pipeline Alignment
Sales & Marketing Alignment: Partner closely with Sales Leadership and BDR managers to streamline lead handoffs, improve SLA compliance, and refine pipeline visibility.
Process Documentation: Create clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation for all revenue workflows, data policies, and tool usage across teams.
Reporting, Analytics & Governance
Dashboards & Attribution: Build and maintain actionable dashboards in HubSpot and Salesforce to track campaign ROI, pipeline velocity, MQL-to-Opportunity conversion rates, and multi-touch attribution.
Data Hygiene & Compliance: Oversee data enrichment, deduplication, list hygiene, and compliance protocols (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM) across all databases.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4–7+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations (Revenue Operations or Sales Operations is a plus!), ideally in B2B SaaS or technology.
- Dual CRM Expertise: Advanced administrative experience with both HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Marketing Automation) and Salesforce (Sales Cloud, process builder/flow, custom objects, lead routing).
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of bi-directional sync logic, custom field mapping, Webhooks, APIs, and data integration platforms.
- Analytics & Reporting: Proven ability to build multi-touch attribution models, campaign performance tracking, and executive dashboards in SFDC/HubSpot or BI tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI).
- Problem Solver: Deep diagnostic mindset—you love diving into complex backend workflows to figure out why a lead sync failed or a trigger didn't fire.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- HubSpot Marketing Software / Operations Hub Administrator Certification
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
