Manager, Product Management, Identity SolutionsOverview:

The Identity Solutions team leads the development and delivery of innovative products that help partners identify their customers and enable simple and secure digital experiences for consumers in payments and beyond. Our token intelligence team focuses on preventing fraudulent tokens from being created and protecting the emerging token ecosystem.

As digital interactions and transactions become increasingly tokenized, the team develops risk intelligence and network signals that help customers establish trust at token creation and throughout the customer journey. By connecting fraud, identity, and token intelligence across the ecosystem, the team is defining how trust is established and maintained in the next generation of digital commerce.

We are seeking a Manager of Product Management who will lead efforts to prevent fraud across emerging network token ecosystems by:

• Collaborating with cross-functional partners in data science, engineering and digital product to transform customer needs into easy-to-understand products and features
• Working with marketing and sales to define positioning, value, and sales enablement materials
• Prioritizing the roadmap using product metrics across adoption and performance, while helping customers balance fraud prevention, cardholder friction, and approval rates.
• Partnering with data science teams to analyze product and model performance, investigate root causes, and identify opportunities for improvement.

All About You

• Demonstrated product management experience with a strong track record of delivering customer-focused solutions. Experience working in payments, fraud, risk, identity, authentication, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of fraud threats across digital payments, including account takeover, synthetic identity fraud, testing attacks, social engineering, and other emerging attack vectors.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and make data-driven product decisions.
• A bias for action and a track record of driving products from concept through commercialization in fast-moving environments.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and building alignment across cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize investments and drive execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex fraud, identity, and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesMastercard is a merit-based, inclusive, equal opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
