You will help ensure timely, accurate updates to delivery logs, maintain consistent naming conventions, and coordinate asset readiness across teams. This is a tactical, execution-focused role suited for someone with strong data entry skills, Excel experience, and a meticulous eye for detail. Basic design experience using the program FIGMA is desirable for this role.

JOB DUTIES

(* denotes an “essential function”)

  • Upload and cross-check asset URLs from iconik into Media Central.

  • Update client documents (e.g., Quip or Airtable) with accurate links.

  • Track deliveries in Excel Mission Control, ensuring consistency with Lucid folders.

  • Apply standardized naming conventions using tools or guides provided.

  • Enter and maintain copy and YouTube links for client content.

  • Coordinate and QC data across various tabs and sub-themes within Mission Control.

  • Liaise with PMs to resolve missing assets or naming errors.

  • Create duplicate Mission Control sheets for sub-teams or themes.

  • Communicate with stakeholders (e.g., Carat) to request or update line items.

  • Support data hygiene, dropdown functionality, and taxonomy within Excel sheets.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ year in a production support, coordination, trafficking, or admin role.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including filters, formulas, and data validation.

  • Ability to focus on detail-heavy tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Tech-savvy with an interest in process efficiency and documentation.

  • Eligible for a background check (required to access client systems).

  • Based in a location where shipping a client-issued Mac device is feasible.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage repetitive workflows while maintaining focus and accuracy.

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Quip, Airtable, Lucid, MS Excel, and similar data tools.

  • Knowledge of taxonomy or naming conventions for digital asset management and various media types.

  • Experience coordinating tasks with cross-functional and offshore teams.

  • Strong written communication skills and ability to escalate or clarify project needs.

  • Experience with metadata entry, tracking tools, and delivery systems.

  • Able to navigate dual-system setups (e.g., a Tag-issued and client-issued laptop).

  • Comfortable using Slack, O365 and other internal tools (training provided as needed).

  • Exposure to creative or production workflows (e.g., trafficking, QC, post-production).
