Job Description:

What This Role Is All About

Likewize is searching for a Mobile Repair Technician to join our WeFix Repair team and cover the Greater Toronto Area. This position represents an existing vacancy within our organization.

A Likewize repair technician really is the ‘face’ of our company. Whether it’s interacting with the end customer at their home or place of work or driving Likewize’s unique mobile service center courteously around bustling streets, you will always be representing Likewize.

When it comes to the device itself, it goes without saying that it’s probably one of the customer’s most important items and therefore needs to be treated as such. As a Likewize accredited technician, you are responsible for troubleshooting and repairing customers’ devices accurately, efficiently and to the very highest of standards to ensure best in class customer experience first time, every time.

Your Key Areas of Focus

  • Deliver on‑time, high‑quality repairs by managing daily bookings, parts collection, and repairs efficiently using Likewize systems.
  • Create great customer experience by meeting customers at their chosen location, performing thorough quality checks, and keeping them proactively informed along the way.
  • Own the full repair journey — from inbound and outbound quality control to all required system administration before heading to the next appointment.
  • Represent the brand proudly by maintaining a clean, professional mobile workshop, vehicle, tools, and equipment at all times.
  • Monitor your performance against KPIs and service standards, always aligning with company values and looking for ways to improve.
  • Support business growth by engaging locally — whether through retail partnerships, visible presence, social activity, or customer referrals.
  • Handle parts responsibly by returning unused or salvage items as required and escalating vehicle or equipment issues promptly.

What We’re Looking For

  • A valid G/A Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record — comfortable behind the wheel of our mobile service vans.
  • A solid foundational understanding of how electronics work, with curiosity to keep learning.
  • Clear, confident communication skills (both verbal and written) to connect easily with customers and teammates.
  • A customer‑first mindset, delivering friendly, professional service every time.
  • The ability to thrive both independently in the field and collaboratively as part of a broader team.

Extra Skills We’d Love to See

Previous experience in cell phone repair that will get your up and running in this role.

Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Outlook, and Word.

Your Compensation

We are offering an hourly rate of $25 CAD per hour for this position.
