Clinic Details: Serving 90,000 residents across the South Okanagan and Similkameen Valley, Penticton Regional Hospital (PRH) functions as a regional facility and secondary referral centre. Our 172 acute beds provide emergency, trauma, specialty, surgical, and outpatient care, plus diagnostic and paramedical services, tailored to community needs. At PRH, we prioritize innovation, providing on-site CT, MRI, and nuclear medicine technology. Our 10-bed ICU delivers vital care for the most critically ill patients. As the referral base for hematology and transfusion medicine for smaller local hospitals in Oliver and Princeton, we offer centralized services across the Okanagan Valley. We also upgraded our emergency department by adding new trauma bays, treatment spaces, and consultation rooms.
