• You’ll review and approve employee expenses and support accurate, timely reimbursement processes
• You’ll lead payroll process and systems improvements, including the creation of SOPs, documentation, and scalable workflows
• You’ll support internal and external audits, investigate complex payroll issues, and ensure legislative compliance
• You’ll build strong relationships across Finance, HR, operations, management, and senior leadership

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of full-cycle Canadian payroll experience, including high-volume payroll environments
• 5+ years of people management or payroll team lead experience
• Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation, year-end requirements, T4s, T4As, and ROEs
• Proven experience improving payroll systems, processes, workflows, and documentation
• Experience supporting internal and external audits and employee expense processing
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets and reconciliations
