Our club is built around one core idea: helping high-performing people perform at their best. Members rely on the Cambridge Club not just for fitness, but for longevity, recovery, and elite-level wellness support.

With world-class squash courts, modern training facilities, and a strong culture of performance, we provide a unique environment where health practitioners can build meaningful relationships with a highly engaged and health-conscious membership.

The Opportunity

The Cambridge Club is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Physiotherapist to join our in-house clinic on a part-time basis.

This role is ideal for a physiotherapist who enjoys working with an active, high-performing clientele and wants to grow their practice within a premium private club environment.

You will work closely with a community of members who value preventative care, injury management, and performance optimization. Many members are competitive athletes in sports such as squash, running, cycling, strength training, and racquet sports, creating strong demand for high-level physiotherapy support.

This is an opportunity to build and grow your own practice within an established club community, supported by strong internal referrals and access to best-in-class facilities.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for members
  • Treat sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, and performance-related issues
  • Utilize manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and individualized rehabilitation programs
  • Work collaboratively with personal trainers and other health professionals within the club
  • Build relationships with members and develop a loyal client base
  • Participate in club wellness initiatives, workshops, and member events

Ideal Candidate

  • Enjoys working with active individuals and athletes
  • Takes a hands-on, integrated approach to care
  • Is motivated to grow their practice within a strong community
  • Thrives in a professional yet social private club environment

Qualifications

  • Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
  • Experience treating sports and activity-related injuries
  • Strong skills in manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and rehabilitation
  • Athletic background or experience working with active populations is an asset

Why Work at The Cambridge Club

  • Access to a highly engaged, health-focused membership
  • Opportunity to build and grow your own client base
  • Work within a premium private club environment
  • Access to world-class fitness and squash facilities
  • Collaborate with an experienced team of fitness and wellness professionals
  • Become part of a tight-knit, health-focused community

If you are passionate about helping active individuals stay healthy and perform at their best, we would love to hear from you.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Clinic Director.

Working Hours will be dictated by business demands to include networking with the club membership, actively participate in specific events and to create an environment of successful execution of functions with appropriate follow up to build a strong base for repeat business.
