  • Coordinate and supervise sub-contractors during remediation activities
  • Interpret analytical results against legislative requirements and industry guidelines
  • Prepare clear, accurate technical reports and manage project timelines efficiently
  • Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure health, safety, hygiene, and strong client relationships

What you bring to the Pinchin team:

  • College diploma in Environmental, Construction, or Architectural Technology, or a BSc / BASc in Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Experience with building construction or maintenance considered an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Self-directed, mature, and highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, drawings, and reports
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to a personal vehicle; able to travel to client sites
  • Availability to work outside core business hours, including occasional weekends
