We are expanding this service and seeking a skilled Registered Psychologist to support our students and families.

Compensation and flexibility

  • Contract-based role with a pay rate of $50 per hour.
  • Fully remote. Assessments are conducted online where appropriate; in person is optional depending on your practice.
  • Ideal for psychologists seeking additional income, a flexible schedule, or opportunities to work with motivated families and high-achieving students.
  • You must be a Registered Psychologist in your province of practice in Canada and authorized to conduct psychoeducational and ADHD assessments.

The role

You will deliver high-quality psychological assessments for students across Canada seeking clarity on their learning needs. This includes:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments, including cognitive, academic, and achievement testing
  • Conduct ADHD assessments (clinical interview, behavioral checklists, rating scales, and differential diagnosis)
  • Provide comprehensive reports outlining findings, learning profiles, and evidence-based recommendations
  • Deliver feedback sessions to students and parents, ensuring results are understood and actionable
  • When appropriate, advise families on accommodation requests, IEP implications, or disability services documentation
  • Coordinate with our internal teams to ensure aligned support for each student
  • Maintain clear, confidential, compliant records following relevant provincial regulatory guidelines

We are looking for someone who

  • Is a Registered Psychologist in good standing with their provincial regulatory body
  • Has experience conducting psychoeducational, learning disability, and ADHD assessments
  • Has strong diagnostic skills and a clear, compassionate communication style
  • Is comfortable working with adolescents, young adults, and high-achieving students
  • Writes clear, actionable reports that families and schools can easily understand
  • Is reliable, organized, and able to meet agreed-upon timelines

Why work with AdmissionPrep

  • We work with committed families who value professional guidance and timely support.
  • Our students are ambitious, engaged, and motivated to understand how they learn best.
  • You will be part of a holistic student success ecosystem, helping shape each student's academic and personal development.
