Scope of Work and Deliverables

The successful consultant will work with BGC Canada and its learning management system partners to develop an engaging online learning experience for Club staff who work directly with youth. The work will draw on existing BGC Canada content and may include new content developed by the consultant.

  • Develop self-directed, online training content on resilience, including practical resources and interactive learning activities using BGC Canada’s content.

  • Develop self-directed learning content for delivery through the MyBGCU Learning Management System, in collaboration with BGC Canada’s LMS development partners.
  • Ensure all final materials are available in English and French. Translation costs must be included in the proposed budget.
  • Provide editable source files and final production-ready materials. Canva is preferred.
  • Participate in BGC Canada’s review and feedback process and revise drafts as required before final approval.
  • Acknowledge that BGC Canada will own the copyright in all materials created specifically for this project, with appropriate recognition of the consultant and research citations.

Project Management and Internal Liaison

  • Primary contact: Yannick Hebert, Senior Manager, Programs.
  • The consultant or writer will meet with and provide updates to the BGC Canada team at least every two weeks.
