On the mentorship side, the Coordinator connects researchers early in their careers with mentorship structures such as communities of practice and grant-writing groups, linking them with senior mentors and grant development supports independent of centre or group affiliation. Across both functions, the Coordinator delivers researcher-focused events supporting team-grant readiness, mentorship, or both, and works closely with Centre Directors, group leaders, the Assistant Dean, Translational Research and the Director of Schulich Research Operations.
