If you are looking to join a team where your work is visible, valued, and impactful, you will fit right in.

The Opportunity

We are growing, and we’re looking for motivated, hands-on Residential Technicians to join our team.

This role is a great fit for university and college students, recent grads, or anyone looking to build real-world experience in a fast-paced environment.

If you are reliable, enjoy working with people, and take pride in doing a job well, we want to hear from you.

You will be out in the field across the GTA, helping customers get connected while learning valuable technical and customer service skills along the way.

What You’ll Do

  • Install and activate internet, TV, and phone services in residential and commercial buildings

  • Deliver a great customer experience — every interaction matters

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site

  • Educate customers on their services and equipment

  • Work both independently and as part of a supportive team

  • Represent Beanfield with professionalism and a strong customer-first attitude

What We’re Looking For

We care less about perfect experience—and more about attitude.

  • Strong work ethic and reliability — you show up and get the job done

  • Customer-service mindset with great communication skills

  • Comfortable with hands-on, physical work and problem-solving

  • Willingness to learn — no extensive experience required

  • Valid G driver’s license

Students and early-career applicants are strongly encouraged to apply. If you’re hardworking, dependable, and great with people, we’ll teach you the rest.

Why Beanfield?

  • Competitive hourly pay + overtime opportunities

  • Comprehensive health & dental benefits

  • Health & lifestyle spending accounts

  • Paid vacation, and additional personal care days

  • Hands-on skills from day one

  • Real career growth opportunities in a fast-growing company

Why You’ll Like Working Here

  • Team-first culture that values hard work and great customer service

  • Active, on-the-go role — no two days are the same

  • Supportive managers and teammates who have your back

  • Regular team events and a down-to-earth environment

At Beanfield, we are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.

We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all qualified applicants are considered for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or any other protected status. Beanfield is dedicated to providing access, equal opportunity, and reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities in all aspects of employment, as well as in our services, programs, and activities.
