  • Revenue Technology, Data & Analytics
Lead the adoption and governance of CRM and enablement technologies, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity across revenue operations and alignment with global standards. Maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting across revenue performance, forecast accuracy, productivity, churn, and operational health, including analytical support for MBR/QBR and Board presentations.

Monitor the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, process enhancements, and tool implementations—regularly reporting outcomes and refining approaches based on performance and stakeholder feedback.

Qualifications:

    • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through enablement programs, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Deep understanding of sales and marketing alignment, sales methodologies, and best practices.
    • Experience working with Canadian and globally distributed teams, with the ability to translate regional needs into scalable global practices.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in sales enablement technologies, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and other sales performance management platforms.
    • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and performance metrics.
