Governance & Business Contribution (Distech & Acuity)
Financial Performance: Improve gross margin and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) through competitive sourcing, value analysis, and supplier productivity.
Indirect Spend: Establish robust governance for indirect spend, including preferred suppliers, competitive tendering, and compliance tracking.
Group Synergies: Collaborate across Acuity Group companies to align strategies, share market intelligence, and increase enterprise purchasing leverage.
Supply Resilience: Strengthen the supply chain through risk mapping, alternate strategies, capacity planning, and business continuity.
Process Improvement & Collaboration
Transformation: Design, standardize, and continuously improve sourcing and contracting processes to eliminate waste and reduce cycle times (Lean principles).
