  • Serve as a connective conduit across capabilities, ensuring alignment, coordination, and message consistency

Delivery Discipline & Continuous Improvement

  • Apply consistent project management disciplines to support predictable, high‑quality execution

  • Facilitate project management and organizational change efforts that drive cost efficiency, scalability, and delivery effectiveness

  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve clarity

  • Stakeholders have clear visibility into progress, risks, and decisions

  • Project delivery risks are identified early and actively managed

  • Execution across CDR feels coordinated, predictable, and outcome‑focused

  • Experience supporting leadership teams, operating cadences, or business reviews in addition to formal project delivery

  • Experience in cybersecurity, technology, data, or regulated services environments

  • Demonstrated experience delivering cross‑functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies

  • Proven ability to translate business objectives into clear, executable project plans and drive delivery to completion

  • Hands‑on experience managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and financials

  • Experience influencing outcomes and driving alignment without direct authority

Prerequisite

  • 5–7 years of progressive experience managing projects or initiatives in professional services, consulting, technology, or similarly complex, matrixed environments
