  • Provide strategic advice throughout the transaction process, identifying options, assessing risks and opportunities, and supporting informed real estate decisions.
  • Coordinate with Landmark’s internal teams, local brokerage partners, and other external parties to ensure transactions progress efficiently and are brought to successful and timely completion.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of commercial real estate market trends and conditions within the Greater Toronto Area and relevant Ontario markets, providing timely and actionable market intelligence.
  • Manage critical dates, transaction milestones, and deliverables, proactively identifying potential issues, mitigating risk, and maintaining momentum.

  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability for client outcomes while contributing to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and high standards of execution across Landmark.

Your core competencies

  • Ability to manage a high volume and variety of transactions, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex and high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, precise, accountable, and results-driven.
  • Strong commercial judgment and client-service orientation.
  • Comfortable leveraging technology, AI, and new tools to work effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements
