  • Lead workforce planning activities, including the annual planning process, completion of the Rolling Planning Tool (RPT), headcount management, forecasting, and utilization tracking.
  • Maintain accurate and current headcount data, partnering with Talent to validate workforce information and provide actionable insights to practice leadership.
  • Support talent development by participating in performance discussions, incorporating individual preferences and career development opportunities into deployment plans, and partnering with People Leaders, counsellors, and Talent Consultants on performance and development matters.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance oversight for the Resource Management team, acting as a formal counsellor and driving accountability for deployment, utilization, unassigned time, and balanced workloads.
  • Participate in Resource Management and firm task forces, special projects, and initiatives, taking on a leadership role as appropriate.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • A minimum of three years of related experience
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in both French and English is required
