A candidate with specific interests in adult congenital heart disease (ACHD) and its surgery and minimally invasive congenital heart surgery will be prioritized.

Depending on qualifications, the successful candidate will be eligible for an appointment as a Surgeon-Scientist, or Surgeon-Investigator at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor at the University of Toronto. The Division is comprised of five academic Pediatric Surgeons. Clinical activity is supported by congenital surgical fellows and cardiac surgical residents on rotation. Remuneration will be competitive with other academic pediatric cardiovascular positions in Canada, with a salary range of $700,000-$775,000 CAD per year for 35 hours per week plus on call responsibilities to which will be added an equal distribution of billing overages.
