Join Penfolds Roofing & Solar — a leader in roofing and solar installations — as we expand our Technical Advisory team to support increasing demand and evolving project complexity. We’re looking for a knowledgeable, motivated professional to join our Sales Department and help shape the future of roofing and sustainable energy solutions.

At Penfolds, we value quality workmanship, safety, and fostering a supportive work environment. We provide a great place to work, competitive benefits, and RRSP Matching – you bring the expertise, commitment, and energy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed estimates, quotations, and proposals that align with customer requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct on-site and virtual meetings with customers to foster trust and drive business growth.
  • Act as a primary point of contact to proactively address customers' questions, challenges, and feedback.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle and maintain an active pipeline within the designated Lower Mainland territory.
  • Identify, engage, and educate potential customers on product offerings, ensuring solutions are tailored to their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships that support continued sales opportunities.
  • Consistently deliver a high-quality customer experience focused on responsiveness and satisfaction.
  • Manage personal scheduling and follow-up activities with strong organization and independence.

What you bring:

  • A high level of ownership and accountability throughout the full sales and project lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical product knowledge into clear and compelling client conversations.
  • Reliability and consistency — clients and teammates can count on you to follow through on commitments.
  • A consultative approach with genuine interest in helping customers find the right roofing and solar solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to independently plan and coordinate client visits.
  • Must have a valid BC Driver's License.

What do we offer:

  • Competitive Pay: $60,000-$100,000 based on experience + Commissions.
  • Training and Growth Opportunities: Learn and grow with us.
  • Flexibility: Ability to set your own schedule, including remote work possibilities and a hybrid office model.
  • Supportive Work Environment: Join a diverse, collaborative, and inclusive team committed to building a sustainable future.
  • Company Perks: Regular team events and recognition for your contributions.
  • RRSPs
  • Extended Health and Dental Benefits

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the company's growth and long-term success. If you are a visionary Technical Advisor with a passion for driving business performance, we’d love to hear from you.
