  • Qualify networking opportunities by understanding customer business objectives, technical requirements, competitive landscape, budget considerations, and decision-making processes.
  • Lead technical sales engagements focused on discovery, architecture design, demonstrations, solution validation, and technical strategy to accelerate opportunity progression and closure.
  • Design and recommend enterprise networking solutions spanning wired access, wireless infrastructure, routing, switching, SD-WAN, network automation, cloud-managed networking, network security, and AI-driven operations.
  • Demonstrate technical leadership and subject matter expertise on Juniper Networks solutions, including Mist AI, Campus and Branch networking, Data Center networking, SD-WAN, and related technologies.
  • Support Aruba networking opportunities involving Aruba Central, campus switching, wireless infrastructure, edge networking, and network management solutions.
  • Deliver compelling technical presentations and workshops to partner sales teams, engineers, architects, and end-customer stakeholders.
  • Provide competitive positioning and market differentiation guidance against competing networking vendors and architectures.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to channel partners and internal Arrow teams while helping align technical solutions to business outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with supplier teams, Arrow sales organizations, partner account managers, and engineering resources to drive strategic initiatives and revenue objectives.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging networking technologies, market trends, supplier roadmaps, and industry best practices.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong understanding of enterprise networking architectures and best practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of routing, switching, wireless networking, and network security technologies.
  • Experience designing and positioning networking solutions in customer-facing environments.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align technical solutions with customer outcomes.
  • Ability to influence technical and business decision makers.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional organizations.
  • Technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, customer-focused, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Education/Experience

  • 7-10+ years of experience in networking architecture, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or related technical consulting roles.
  • Strong experience with enterprise networking technologies including routing, switching, wireless networking, network security, automation, and cloud-managed infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with Juniper Networks solutions.
  • Experience with HPE Aruba Networking solutions highly desired.
  • Experience with network automation, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code methodologies preferred.
  • Ability to effectively present technical concepts to audiences ranging from engineers to executive leadership.
  • Industry certifications such as JNCIP, JNCIS, JNCIA, Aruba Certified Professional (ACP), Aruba Certified Design Expert (ACDX), CCNP, or equivalent preferred.
