Job description

Lead Growth. Build Capability. Drive Exceptional Results.

At Westeck, we've spent more than 25 years saying "yes" to projects and challenges others couldn't handle. We design and manufacture custom windows, doors, and patio openings for homeowners, builders, architects, and designers who demand something extraordinary.

Our mission is simple: to imagine and make spaces that feel bigger, brighter, and unafraid. We achieve this by listening first, thinking creatively, and delivering custom solutions that turn bold visions into reality.

We are looking for a high-performing Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth across the region. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on building capability in others, developing strong customer relationships, and delivering consistent results in a performance-driven environment.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, as the Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for translating corporate sales strategy into execution at the territory level by leading a team of Sales Project Consultants, strengthening key customer relationships, and ensuring disciplined, data-driven sales performance.

What You'll Do

Lead Territory Performance and Growth

  • Own overall territory performance including revenue, gross margin, and profitability targets.
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly territory sales plans aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Forecast sales performance and manage budgets with accuracy and accountability.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand share and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key customers in partnership with senior leadership.

Lead, Coach, and Develop a High-Performing Sales Team

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Project Consultants to achieve individual and team performance goals.
  • Set clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability frameworks that drive consistent execution.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development planning to strengthen sales capability.
  • Foster a high-performance culture built on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Support career development and succession planning within the sales team.

Build Strong Customer and Market Relationships

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts including builders, developers, architects, and contractors.
  • Strengthen strategic customer partnerships based on long-term value, not just transactions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity within the territory.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.

Drive Strategy Execution and Sales Discipline

  • Translate corporate sales strategy into clear, actionable territory execution plans.
  • Ensure disciplined use of CRM systems and data tools (including Power BI) to manage pipeline and performance.
  • Audit sales activity, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health to drive continuous improvement.
  • Reinforce Westeck values and sales standards across the team.
  • Lead initiatives that improve process efficiency, reporting accuracy, and sales effectiveness.

What You Bring

  • 7–10+ years of progressively senior experience in sales leadership, including direct management of sales teams.
  • Proven success driving revenue growth and gross margin performance.
  • Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
  • Experience in construction, building materials, windows and doors, or related industries is an asset.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including forecasting, margin management, and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven sales tools (Power BI experience an asset).
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, align, and hold teams accountable.
  • Strategic thinker who can balance long-term growth with day-to-day execution.

Why Westeck?

  • Join a company known for innovation, craftsmanship, and creating custom solutions others can’t.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team in a growing, design-driven industry.
  • Work with premium custom products that create meaningful impact on every project.
  • Be part of a culture that values accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
  • Help shape the next phase of growth for a respected Canadian manufacturer.

What’s in it for you?

  • Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentive plan.
  • Car allowance and company gas card.
  • Comprehensive health & wellness benefits, including extended health, dental, vision, disability & life insurance coverage.
  • Employer RRSP matching of up to 4%.
  • Opportunity to lead, influence, and build a high-performing sales team.

Ready to Lead Something Exceptional?

If you're energized by building high-performing teams, driving sales results, and helping bring ambitious projects to life, we would love to hear from you.

Apply today and help shape the future of Westeck in your region.
