• You’ll maintain visibility into workloads, timelines, contractor hours, costs, capacity, dependencies, and upcoming demand.
• You’ll partner with creative and project leaders to resolve resource conflicts, manage trade-offs, and establish clear intake and prioritization frameworks.
• You’ll build creative calendars and workflow plans while proactively identifying delivery risks and resource constraints.
• You’ll maintain accurate workflow and capacity information in Monday.com and help train and connect users across teams.
• You’ll identify opportunities to improve studio workflows, tools, processes, resource planning, and global-to-regional visibility.

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in creative operations, traffic management, studio management, production, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing creative workflows, schedules, capacity, budgets, contracted resources, and competing priorities across multiple teams.
• Practical knowledge of creative production, including the ability to translate creative requirements into time-estimated tasks.
• Experience working across disciplines such as design, art direction, photography, video, digital, or content production.
• Hands-on experience with Monday.com or a comparable workflow or project management platform.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
