We are looking for passionate and entrepreneurial individuals interested in turning their love of travel into an independent business opportunity. You will manage the entire planning process, from researching destinations and comparing offers to making reservations and supporting travelers. This independent opportunity offers flexibility, professional development, and income potential based on your sales performance.

Accountabilities

As an independent Travel Designer, you will manage your own travel planning business while providing personalized services to clients throughout their travel journey. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Design personalized travel itineraries and coordinate reservations.

  • Use professional booking, quotation, and promotional tools to manage your business activities.

  • Provide personalized customer service and maintain regular communication with travelers throughout the planning process.

  • Follow up with clients before, during, and after their trips to support a positive travel experience.

  • Develop your own client base and generate business through sales and promotional activities.

  • Requirements:

This opportunity is designed for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine passion for travel. Previous professional experience in the tourism industry is not specified as mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate:

  • A strong interest in travel, tourism, destinations, and discovering new experiences.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to build an independent business.

  • The ability to organize tasks, manage time effectively, and work autonomously.

  • A customer-oriented approach and genuine interest in providing personalized service.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Basic knowledge of digital tools and the ability to learn new booking and reservation platforms.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactivity, adaptability, and willingness to continuously develop knowledge of travel products and destinations.

  • Motivation to develop sales and client relationship management skills.

  • Benefits:

  • Annual income potential: MXN 208,000–374,400, depending on sales performance and commissions.

  • Independent business opportunity: Build and manage your own travel planning activity rather than joining a traditional salaried position.

  • Flexible schedule: Organize your working hours and workload independently.

  • Specialized training: Access professional training to develop your travel planning expertise.

  • International supplier network: Work with more than 130 travel suppliers worldwide.

  • Professional credentials: Possibility of obtaining industry credentials such as IATA and CLIA.

  • Professional tools: Access platforms for preparing quotations, managing reservations, and promoting travel services.

  • Performance-based earnings: Earn commissions on your own sales, with additional rewards based on results.

  • Contract duration: 12 months.

  • Part-time commitment: Approximately 15 hours per week.

  • Immediate start: Opportunity available as soon as possible.
