Full company description
Copper Quail Global is a specialist executive search and senior recruitment firm operating across global energy, natural resources, finance, and maritime sectors. Our core focus is placing the right leaders in complex, high-stakes environments — from upstream and downstream Oil & Gas operations to renewable energy projects, mining, banking and financial services, and maritime. At C-suite level and below, we find the people that organisations actually need, not just the ones who are easiest to find. We operate globally. Our searches span Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and beyond — and we bring genuine on-the-ground knowledge to each market we work in. Our consultants come from the industries they recruit into, which means client conversations go further faster and candidate assessments go deeper than a CV review. Our services include executive search, contingency recruitment, headhunting, and outsourced staffing. For clients expanding into Africa who need to employ talent without a local entity, we can assist.
