  • Apply appropriate market, income, transaction, option-pricing, and scenario-based valuation approaches.
  • Analyze company performance, financing rounds, capitalization, liquidity, cash runway, business milestones, and market conditions.
  • Build, review, and validate valuation models, including enterprise-to-equity bridges, sensitivity analyses, option-pricing models, and allocation/waterfall analyses.
  • Challenge key assumptions and provide clear, well-supported valuation recommendations to investment teams, management, valuation committees, and auditors.
  • Support GTC quarterly and ad hoc mark-to-market exercises as required.
  • Conduct portfolio, industry, transaction, and public-market analyses and contribute to improvements in valuation processes, documentation, automation, and reporting.
  • Use AI-enabled productivity tools appropriately for research, documentation, analysis review, and workflow improvements while maintaining confidentiality, professional judgment, and human oversight.
