• Build and manage financial burndown and budget trackers, monitoring actuals and forecasts against the approved program baseline.
• Own internal revenue forecasting for large engagements, including projects valued above $3 million.
• Lead internal resource forecasting and capacity planning to ensure the program has the appropriate skills and staffing at each phase.
• Lead stakeholder management across client executives, business and technology leaders, vendors, partners, and internal delivery teams.
• Develop, maintain, and update the Project Charter, including program objectives, scope, governance, roles, and delivery principles.
• Support the development, writing, review, and negotiation of Statements of Work (SOWs), including deliverables, assumptions, acceptance criteria, resource requirements, and commercial commitments.
• Manage scope and contractual commitments, identifying changes early and supporting appropriate change-control and commercial processes.
• Drive cross-workstream alignment and actively manage interdependencies with related utility transformation initiatives.
• Ensure program decisions, risks, and delivery priorities remain aligned with AMI business objectives and implementation outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project or program management experience delivering complex technology, business transformation, or infrastructure programs.
• 3+ years of utilities industry experience, with a strong understanding of utility operating environments and delivery constraints.
• Demonstrated AMI, smart meter, or closely related utility transformation experience.
• Proven experience leading large, multi-workstream programs with significant technology, business, operational, and vendor dependencies.
• Strong experience developing and managing integrated project plans in Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or comparable tools.
• Demonstrated experience managing RAID logs, project governance, executive reporting, and escalation processes.
• Experience with project financial management, including budgets, financial burndown, revenue forecasting, and resource forecasting.
• Experience managing engagements or projects with budgets/revenue greater than $3 million.
• Strong SOW writing, commercial management, and contract negotiation experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to translate detailed delivery information
