Job description

Company Description

For over 40 years, LGI has built software that healthcare organizations depend on. AI is now at the heart of that work — not as a destination, but as the engine behind our next generation of mission-critical solutions and our enduring mission: helping healthcare organizations perform at their best.

We’re looking for exceptional people who are passionate about technology, uncompromising in their standards, and driven to push the boundaries of what’s possible. At LGI, curiosity isn’t optional — it’s how we work. We’re looking for people who explore and innovate instinctively and want their work to matter beyond the codebase by shaping decisions, improving processes, and enabling healthcare professionals.

AI is now an integral part of how we work. We use it to accelerate development, improve software quality, automate low-value tasks, and free our teams to focus on the most complex problems.

Job Description

Depending on your profile and interests, you can contribute to one or both of these paths:

Develop with AI

You use the best AI tools to develop faster and better.

  • Use agentic AI tools and AI Ops to accelerate and improve the software development lifecycle.
  • Automate low-value tasks to focus your energy on complex problems.
  • Contribute to the evolution of existing solutions through new features, modernization, improved user experience, and system integration.
  • Adopt and share AI-assisted development best practices within the team.

Build AI

You design the models, pipelines, and architectures that power our solutions.

  • Design and deploy data pipelines and ML architectures in production.
  • Build solutions based on LLMs, RAG, and vector search, grounded in real clinical data.
  • Integrate models into real operational workflows.
  • Contribute to the quality, performance, and evolution of AI solutions in production.

In both cases, your work has a concrete impact in real healthcare organizations for the benefit of healthcare professionals and patients.

Please note this position requires bilingual proficiency (French and English), as the role involves working with documentation in both languages and communicating, both orally and in writing, with French and English-speaking partners, clients, suppliers, and colleagues.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who learn quickly and demonstrate strong autonomy. You’re likely a great fit if you:

  • Already use AI to learn, solve problems, or develop more effectively.
  • Enjoy understanding complex systems and finding concrete solutions.
  • Have solid foundations in object-oriented programming and algorithmic logic.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Show initiative, intellectual curiosity, and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Can quickly and independently develop new skills and technologies.
  • Are ambitious and eager to grow in your career.

Relevant Experience

Experience in programming, cloud environments, systems integration, AI feature development, B2B enterprise solutions, or regulated environments is an asset. That said, we value your ability to learn and your effective use of AI more than mastery of any specific technology.

At LGI

  • Agentic AI projects leveraging intelligent pipelines with a real impact on healthcare delivery.
  • A fast-growing company actively investing in AI.
  • The best tools on the market and dedicated time to develop your skills.
  • A team that values autonomy, innovation, and continuous learning.

At LGI, we believe the future belongs to developers who can learn quickly, work effectively with AI, and turn that combination into tangible value for healthcare professionals and citizens.

If you want to develop software solutions using agentic AI tools, AIOps, and intelligent pipelines — bridging data, technology, and operational reality to make a meaningful difference — we want to talk to you.
