Job description

ABOUT US
Queen of the Thrones® makes the castor oil pack the world rituals with — plus the full ecosystem of products around
it. We're Sage and Caregiver at heart: warm, direct, spiritually grounded. We grow through promotion, community
and genuine belief, never through discounting. Our people are fully remote, spread across three countries.

THE ROLE IN ONE LINE
You run our ambassador and affiliate community day to day — who gets in, how they're tiered, how they're
taught, how they're celebrated, and how much revenue they drive.

Important: this is an operator role, not a blank page. Our Founder and Chief Growth Officer set the strategy, the tier
structure, the education curriculum and the campaign calendar. You take that framework, run it consistently, train
the ambassadors inside it, and bring us the judgment calls. You'll be given a system and a playbook — we need
someone who executes it beautifully, week after week, and tells us honestly what's working and what isn't.
This is a community-building job wearing a revenue hat. You'll be measured on ambassador-attributed sales, but
you'll get there by making people feel seen, educated and excited to talk about us.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
1. The ambassador program, day to day
• Review, approve and onboard applicants against the brand-fit criteria we give you
• Manage sample/seeding requests: who gets what, when, and what we expect back
• Run our tiered structure (entry → mid → top tier): track who qualifies for promotion, deliver the rewards at each level,
keep the records clean
• Know the roster cold. You should be able to name our top 20% from memory and tell us what each of them needs next

2. Grow the top 20%
Roughly 20% of ambassadors drive 80% of results. Your central job is to keep expanding that 20% — by promoting people
up from the middle, not by endlessly adding names at the bottom.
• Execute our competitions, challenges, giveaways and seasonal pushes: we approve the concepts, you make them
happen
• Spot the rising stars early, flag them to us, and give them a reason to go all in

3. One system, one source of truth
Every ambassador, every code, every payout, in one place and clean.
• Own our affiliate platform end to end: who is in it, what code they hold, what tier they are on, what they are owed
• Consolidate ambassador and creator codes into a single system. Today they are spread across more than one platform,
and some were created by hand and sit outside all of them. Bringing them together is one of your first projects
• Keep the codes clean going forward: no duplicates, no orphans, nothing issued outside the system. Every code traces to
a person and a tier
• Own payouts, and make sure they reconcile to finance every month without anyone chasing you
• Flag attribution gaps the moment you find them rather than working around them

4. Ambassador communications
One voice, one calendar, one place.
• Own every message that reaches an ambassador: onboarding, education invitations, promotions, milestones,
newsletters and one-to-one outreach
• Consolidate what currently goes out from several tools and several people into a single stream, so nobody hears from
us three times in a day and then not at all for a month
• Keep the gamified email and community communications moving: leaderboards, streaks, milestones, unlockable perks
• Drive attendance at our live sessions — invitations, reminders, follow-up with the people who missed, replays to the
ones who could not make it
• Segment properly. A top-tier ambassador and a first-week signup should never receive the same email

5. The Ambassador Education Institute
• Run our biweekly live education sessions: scheduling, invitations, hosting, slides, replays, follow-up
• Some sessions will be led by our Founder or by a partner practitioner. Your job is to make sure the room is full, the
session runs cleanly and the follow-up lands
• Deliver training built on our clinical and ritual curriculum, so ambassadors know the product cold and can speak about
it accurately
• Keep the group community alive between sessions — answer questions, surface wins, keep the room warm

6. Recruitment engine
• Run our sourcing process (with your support coordinator executing the volume work) to find, vet and pitch influencers
and affiliates
• Own the day-to-day outreach, using our approved pitch and sequences, and the conversion rate from "found" to
"posting"
• Prioritize health practitioners, naturopathic doctors and functional medicine providers — they are our highest-value
ambassadors
• Some recruits will arrive through partner creators bringing in their own networks. Make sure those people land in the
same system, at the same standard, with the same onboarding

7. Practitioner & partnership scouting
• Research and maintain a pipeline of associations, conferences and professional communities where our best
practitioner ambassadors gather
• Flag speaking and sponsorship opportunities for our Founder, with a short business case: audience, cost, expected
ambassador yield
• Work the room list before and after each event so appearances convert into signed ambassadors (booking logistics,
contracts and travel are handled elsewhere — your job is the target list and the conversion)

8. TikTok Shop & agency support
• Act as our internal point of contact for the TikTok Shop creator agency
• Keep creators supplied, briefed and on-message; feed our best organic ambassadors into the TikTok channel

9. Program evolution
Run it consistently, then make it better.
• Bring us a monthly point of view on what is working and what is not, with the numbers behind it
• Test things: reward structures, communication cadence, recruitment sources, onboarding flows. Small tests, clear
reads, honest write-ups
• Watch the market and tell us what other creator and ambassador programs are doing that we are not
• Retire what is not working. A program this size accumulates dead weight, and someone has to be willing to name it

10. The Ambassador Retreat
• Coordinate our annual ambassador retreat: guest list, invitations, communications, agenda logistics and on-site support
• Concept and programming are set with our Founder; you make it happen
• Partner with operations and vendors on venue, travel and budget execution

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 2+ years in affiliate, ambassador, influencer, creator or community management — ideally in wellness, supplements,
beauty or CPG
• Reliable, consistent execution. The single most important quality. This program runs on rhythm: sessions happen on
schedule, ambassadors get answered, promotions go out on time
• Comfortable in affiliate/referral platforms, TikTok Shop, and email/community tools
• A natural community host: you like people, you remember details about them, and you're good on camera and on a
live call
• Organized enough to hold a tier system, a content calendar and a retreat at once without dropping threads
• Coachable and communicative. You'll be trained on our system and you'll come to weekly check-ins with questions,
numbers and honest flags rather than guessing
• Able to delegate cleanly — you'll have support, and using it well is part of the job
• Genuinely interested in natural health and ritual. You don't have to be a practitioner, but you do have to care
Nice to have: health or nutrition credentials, existing practitioner network, event experience, second language.

HOW WE'LL WORK TOGETHER
• Weekly check-in with the Chief Growth Officer on numbers, blockers and priorities
• Founder-led training on our product, our clinical positioning and our ambassador philosophy — expect real onboarding,
not a handbook and good luck
• Campaign concepts, tier changes, budgets and any new commitments come to us for approval
• Inside that frame, you have full ownership of execution and of the ambassador relationships

HOW WE'LL MEASURE SUCCESS
• Ambassador-attributed revenue and its share of total sales
• Growth in the number of active, producing ambassadors
• Growth in the sales per ambassador
• Attribution integrity: the share of ambassador revenue correctly tracked in one system
• Attendance and engagement at biweekly education sessions
• Practitioner ambassadors recruited per quarter
• Retention: ambassadors still producing 12 months in

WHAT YOU GET
Fully remote, a founder-led brand with a real mission, product you'll actually use, a support person from day one, and
a community of thousands who already love what we make
