  • Identify opportunities to automate manual activities, streamline workflows, and enhance financial reporting efficiency.

  • Prepare presentations, financial summaries, and analytical materials for Finance leadership.

  • Support ad hoc financial, strategic, and operational projects while contributing to the continuous improvement of the Finance function.

  • Requirements

    • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with practical proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

    • Demonstrated experience using AI-powered productivity tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot to improve analytical efficiency and workflows.

    • Understanding of SaaS business models and go-to-market performance metrics.

    • Knowledge of the three financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement) and how they interconnect.

    • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and self-driven approach to work.

    • Ability to organize financial information, identify discrepancies, and communicate findings clearly.

    • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Finance, HR, Legal, Accounting, and IT teams.

    • A background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline is an advantage.

    • Experience presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders or executives is considered a plus.

      • Flexible short-term and remote-centric work arrangements.

      • Free family account for up to five members.

      • Annual professional development and learning stipend.

      • Continuous learning and career development opportunities.
