Job description

Automotive Service Advisor – Downtown Toronto

Salary: $60,000/year + Incentive Package

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join a well-established, independent automotive repair shop in Downtown Toronto.

We are a small, 4-bay shop with a loyal, high-end customer base and a strong reputation for providing honest, quality service. We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who can take ownership of the front office, build lasting relationships with customers, and help keep the shop running smoothly.

Unlike a large dealership where responsibilities are divided between Service Advisors, Parts Advisors, and Tower Operators, this is a hands-on role where you will wear multiple hats. Your primary responsibility will always be taking care of our customers, but you will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, coordinating repairs with technicians, ordering parts, and ensuring work is completed efficiently.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and making decisions. We believe in trusting our employees to do their jobs without micromanagement. You will have the freedom to take ownership of your position, make decisions, and develop processes that work best for you and the shop.

We are not looking for a high-pressure salesperson. Our business is built on long-term relationships, repeat customers, and trust. We want a Service Advisor who can communicate effectively, explain recommended repairs clearly, and provide honest advice about what work needs to be done. Our goal is to keep customers coming back for years, not to maximize the bill on every visit.

If interested please apply today.
