The McCarthy Way is built on four core elements: Excellence, through attracting and developing top talent committed to delivering on our Client Commitment; Collaboration, through seamless, integrated teamwork; Inclusion, through eliminating barriers to belonging and success; and Innovation, through delivering maximum value by embracing leading-edge technologies and approaches. • Supporting MT Academy Specialists in the preparation of materials, assisting in the reproduction and/or distribution to participants and speakers, and applying the MT Academy branding as necessary to all materials.
  • Co-ordinating program evaluations and assisting with the preparation of evaluation summary reports.
  • Assisting in the preparation of various plans, reports and charts that describe, track or provide updates on MT Academy programs.
  • Updating and maintaining national and regional programs in the Professional Resources Calendar.
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of all protocols and tracking systems.

  • Assisting with updating and maintaining the firm intranet, including maintaining existing content and creating new pages and resources.
  • Assisting with the translation and review of communications, materials and resources, including reviewing translations for tone and content.
  • Managing and monitoring shared MT Academy inboxes, ensuring timely, accurate and professional responses to inquiries in both English and French.

As our ideal candidate, you will distinguish yourself by the following profile:

  • Post-secondary diploma.
  • A minimum of three years of office work experience. Law firm or other professional services firm experience preferred. Event management an asset.
  • Fluent bilingual in French/English required.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels of the Firm.
  • Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, and accountability in managing tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and service delivery.
