    • Build trusted, long-term partnerships that position the brand as a preferred choice among travel professionals.

    • Develop tailored approaches to reach, engage, and support partners, adapting strategies to their individual business needs.

    • Create and execute strategic sales plans for assigned accounts, setting clear objectives and identifying opportunities to exceed performance targets.

    • Introduce travel partners to the brand through presentations, special events, and opportunities to experience the cruise ships firsthand.

    • Leverage brand initiatives and marketing resources to help partners grow their own businesses and generate bookings.

    • Adapt to partners' preferred ways of working while maintaining a strong focus on commercial outcomes and service quality.

    • Identify and resolve complex business challenges through creative thinking and practical solutions.

    • Remove barriers affecting partner performance and proactively develop ways to improve the sales experience.

    • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the organization to coordinate initiatives and support regional business objectives.

    • Share successful sales strategies, insights, and best practices with colleagues to strengthen overall team performance.

    • Demonstrate integrity and uphold brand values in all business interactions.

    • Contribute to a consistently positive and seamless experience for travel partners and their customers.

    • Take on additional responsibilities as required.

    • Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced travel or hospitality sales professional with an established network of industry relationships, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to build enthusiasm around a premium travel offering.

      • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education and sales experience.

      • Full professional fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.

      • Legal authorization to work in Canada.

      • At least 5 years of experience in travel or hospitality sales preferred.

      • In-depth knowledge of the cruise market and sales strategies across different customer segments.

      • Established relationships with key travel agency partners throughout the assigned territory.

      • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering measurable commercial results.

      • Strong understanding of the importance of customer and partner experience in driving business success.

      • Excellent relationship-building, networking, negotiation, and communication skills.

      • Ability to develop account strategies, identify growth opportunities, and manage multiple partner relationships effectively.

      • Creative and strategic mindset, with the confidence to challenge traditional industry practices and introduce new approaches.

      • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome complex commercial challenges.

      • Collaborative attitude, with a willingness to share knowledge and contribute to collective team success.

      • High energy, optimism, adaptability, and a genuine passion for travel and people.

      • Ability to represent a brand confidently and build enthusiasm among external partners.

      • Benefits

        • Full-time, remote work arrangement within Canada, with the role based in either Toronto or Montréal.

        • Opportunity to manage a significant regional territory covering Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritime Provinces.
