  • Write and maintain SOPs and process documentation, keeping them current as processes change
  • Build reports and dashboards that track KPIs, adoption, and whether improvements worked
  • Support user training and change management of new processes
  • Keep action and decision logs, track risks and dependencies, and flag capacity or timeline concerns early
  • Use generative AI tools to work faster, while protecting confidential data

Education (degree or years) and/or Certification/Registration:

  • A degree or diploma in business, IT or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with Sharepoint and the Microsoft 365 stack
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with some exposure to Power BI or similar tools
  • Experience with process mapping in Visio, Miro, Lucidchart or similar tools
  • Experience gathering information through interviews, workshops and document review

Type and Length of Experience:

  • Exposure to RPA tools such as UiPath
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification (Yellow Belt and above)
  • Experience with D365 or another CRM
  • Exposure to audit, quality, or compliance requirements such as ISO 9001
  • Experience writing training material or leading training sessions
