Joseph Transportation Group is looking for an exceptional Business Intelligence & Process Manager to help take our organization to the next level.

We aren't looking for someone who simply builds dashboards or generates reports. We're looking for a strategic thinker, problem solver, technology enthusiast, and strong people leader who understands business operations, challenges the status quo, and knows how to turn data into action.

Who We Are

At Joseph Transportation Group, we are proud of our more than 50 years in the transportation industry, our strong reputation, and the incredible people who have contributed to our success.

As an award-winning organization recognized as a Top Fleet Employer, Best Managed Company, and Best Fleet to Drive For, we have built our success on teamwork, accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.

We are more than a transportation company. We are a growing, forward-thinking organization that embraces technology, invests in our people, and continuously looks for smarter, more efficient ways to operate.

  • Strong understanding of business operations, workflows, productivity, and cost efficiencies.
  • Proven ability to identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
  • Experience driving measurable improvements across multiple departments.
  • Ability to connect business strategy with day-to-day execution.

  • Ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable business insights.

  • Strong understanding of data integrity, system integration, and reporting automation.

3. Lean Six Sigma & Continuous Improvement

  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with process mapping, root cause analysis, workflow optimization, and eliminating inefficiencies.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, implement change, and measure results.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is a strong asset.

4. Leadership, Communication & People Skills

  • An exceptional communicator who can build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to collaborate with frontline employees, operational teams, and executive leadership.
  • Strong influencing, coaching, problem-solving, and change management skills.
  • Someone who can challenge existing practices constructively while bringing people together.

5. AI, Automation & Technology Innovation

  • Passion for emerging technologies, AI, automation, and digital transformation.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to streamline manual processes and improve efficiencies.
  • Experience integrating business systems and developing technology-driven solutions.
