- At least 10 years of experience fabricating and installing commercial architectural millwork, custom cabinets, casework, or comparable custom wood products.
- Demonstrated experience reading and applying architectural drawings, approved shop drawings, elevations, sections, details, dimensions, and specifications.
- Uses accurate measurements, sound judgement, and practical problem-solving to achieve the required accuracy, fit, finish, and functionality in fabrication and installation work.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with production teams, site contacts, clients, and other project stakeholders.
- Physically capable of regularly lifting, carrying, positioning, and installing materials and finished millwork weighing up to 75 lbs., with assistance or lifting equipment used where required.
